Terms of Service

Scope

These terms govern the commercial relationship between H.I.A (the "Provider") and any business or professional (the "Client") subscribing to H.I.A voice agent services.

Services

H.I.A provides the configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of AI voice agents for inbound call handling. Services include:

Pricing

Applicable rates are those displayed on hia-solutions.fr at the time of subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly with no annual commitment.

Payment

Payment is due monthly on the anniversary date of the subscription. In the event of non-payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend the service after a 7-day notice period with no response.

Term & Cancellation

Subscriptions have no minimum commitment. The Client may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period at the time of cancellation.

Provider Obligations

H.I.A commits to deploying the voice agent within 48 to 72 business hours following validation of the setup brief. The Provider is bound by a best-efforts obligation and does not guarantee any specific commercial outcome for the Client.

Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide all information necessary for agent configuration, to authorize call forwarding or number transfer, and to comply with all regulations applicable to the use of automated voice systems in their industry and jurisdiction.

Liability

H.I.A shall not be held liable for revenue loss, customer loss, or data loss resulting from service interruptions caused by third parties (telephone operator, hosting provider, AI provider). The Provider's liability is limited to the total amounts paid by the Client over the preceding 3 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings. Failing that, the competent court shall be the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon.
